Is there a free Trial?

Some Apps comes with a free trial. You can try it and then buy it directly in the App. Click here to  Download the  Free Trial

How do I buy the app online?

You can buy our software online or by mail.

  • To Buy online,
    • go to our website and click on the product page. Then click the “Buy Now” button. (All major credit cards and PayPal accepted)
    • go to our store by clicking the “Buy Now” button in the app

How do I buy by mail?

To buy by mail, please follow these steps:

  1. Download and print the Mireth Order Form
  2. Fill in the form
  3. Send it along with a cheque or International Money Order (negotiable in Canada) to:

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We ship CD Orders by Canada Post. Your order should arrive within 10-14 business days. You can order expedited shipping (5-7 business days) for an additional charge. If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please contact us.

Licensing Information

How does my User License work?

Mireth Technology licenses software on a concurrent use basis. A license must be purchased for each computer which is running the software at the same time. Examples: If you have NetShred installed on 8 computers that are all used at the same time, you need to purchase 8 licenses. If you have one computer at the office and one at home and you use ShredIt on the one when you are at home and on the other when you are at work, you need to purchase 1 license. If you have Music Man on a computer and you buy a new computer, you need to delete Music Man from the first computer before you dispose of it and then you can legally install the software on the new computer.

Problems

I haven’t received my Registration Information. What do I do?

  • If you have purchased online or by phone, you will have received an email which will include the details of your purchase and your Registration Information / Serial Number. If you have not received such an email, please contact us.
  • If you purchased a CD, the Serial Number will be on the label on the back of the CD jacket.
  • If you need further help, please contact us
