We don’t ship software until it’s ready, which means it’s been thoroughly tested and is well-documented. As consumers ourselves, we’ve come to appreciate products that perform as advertised and instructions that actually work.
We test our software on a variety of configurations to ensure that it will run on your computer. Any compatibility issues or performance limitations with certain hardware are prominently documented in the system requirements. And you can try the free demo to see for yourself whether the software works for you before you buy it. Still, incompatibilities happen. We just don’t think you should have to pay for it. If it won’t work on your computer, we’ll fix the problem. If we can’t, we’ll refund your money.

We ship CD Orders by Canada Post. Your order should arrive within 10-14 business days. You can order expedited shipping (5-7 business days) for an additional charge. If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please contact us.

Our ISP collects statistical information on site usage. This is kept for statistical purposes only and the information is anonymous.
In the process of purchasing a product from us, you submit personal information and credit card information. The personal information is stored by us and used to contact our clients who have not opted out of being contacted. The credit card information is collected by our Payment processors and we do not have access to it.
At Mireth Technology, we do not send unsolicited email. We keep a Customer Mailing List so that we can let our customers know about upgrades and new products.
Getting on the List
You will be added to our mailing list when you purchase a product from us, or when you request that your name be added to our customer mailing list.
Getting off the List
You will be removed from our mailing list by opting out at time of purchase (not all of our payment processors offer this option) or by emailing us and requesting that we delete you from our Mailing List.
What will we do with our list
We use our Customer Mailing List to keep our customers up to date on available upgrades and special offers. We do not lend, rent or sell our Customer Mailing List to other companies. We do not borrow, rent or buy mailing lists either.
